RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
Return, Claims and Refund Policy
To ensure fairness and protection for both parties, we ask all customers to inspect the shipment upon receipt in the presence of the courier..
Claims for transport damage or shortages are only accepted when the problem is identified on site.
After acceptance of the shipment without objections, such complaints cannot be considered.
Return a product
According to the Consumer Protection Act (Art. 55, para. 1), you have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:
- The product has not been used
- Its commercial appearance is preserved
- The original packaging and all accessories are available
- The labels and protective elements are not broken
- The product is accompanied by a purchase document
Due to the nature of the product (smart thermometer - a product for personal use), returns of used or activated devices are not accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return..

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be made after receipt and inspection of the product.
Product replacement
We offer replacement under the following conditions:
- Notification of exchange within 7 days of receipt
- Product meets all return conditions
- Product has not been used
The replacement can be made for the same product (in case of defect) or another product of the same or higher value (with additional payment).
All transportation costs for exchanges are at the customer's expense.
Warranty
All Smart Care smart thermometers come with a 24-month warranty.
If a manufacturing defect is found, the product will be replaced with a new one or repaired (if applicable).

We recommend carefully testing the device immediately upon receipt.
